The Eleventh Doctor was never one too keep his clothes on for a prolonged period of time (The Lodger and The Time of the Doctor are just two examples) and he swapped his tweed and bow tie for a very different sort of suit in this specially written Children in Need sketch which was broadcast during the charity's appeal night back in 2011. Because if you can't go au natural in the name of charity, when can you? Just who keeps pressing that red button, though?! Pervs, the lot of you! (It'll make sense when you watch it... sort of.)
