A new, snazzy white number, Black Canary had Cisco put the new get-up together for her dead-alive-dead-alive sibling so that she could one day become the White Canary. This was one of those moments that had you saying WTF just for how cheesy and far, far too convenient this all was, as if Laurel had been waiting for the perfect time to show off this new costume to her sister.
