Burgess has been runner-up in this category a couple of times now, and he really deserves his moment in the spotlight (his character on Unbreakable... would certainly agree). He was better than ever in the show's third season, giving a gloriously, hilariously over-the-top performance and stealing scenes all over the place, whether it was Lemonading or being a cannibal.
