72. Flag Officer Uniform - Late 2390s

Fleet Admiral Kirsten Clancy, Commander-in-Chief of Starfleet, needed to make an entrance and, thanks to Christine Clark's design, she certainly did that. Her uniform, ditching the Delta pattern present on the standard duty uniform, is a mix of grey, charcoal, and no f**king nonsense.

Her uniform consists of this two-tone top worn over a red undershirt. The high collar is abandoned while the communicator and rank insignia - five pips, in her case - remain present on the chest.

Her uniform seems designed to deflect from any superfluous details, which it achieves perfectly.
