Star Trek: Every Starfleet Uniform Ranked From WORST To BEST

71. Starfleet Uniform - Late 2390s

Like those uniforms in use in the mid-2380s, the Starfleet uniforms of the late-2390s were designed by Christine Clark. Structurally, they were similar to those uniforms seen toward the end of the 2360s and beginning of the 2370s.

They were two-toned, with the division colour running across the shoulders and high collars. The patterns on this section of the uniform consisted of small Deltas, similar to those seen on the Kelvin-universe counterparts. While the wearer still displayed their combadge on the left breast, the rank insignia were moved from the right collar to the right breast.

Clark, having studied the progression of Starfleet uniforms, wanted something that was deliberately simple, possibly suggesting a Starfleet that had grown a little stale.
