60. Acting-Ensign's Uniform - Mid 2360s

The acting-Ensign uniform changed between 2364 and 2365. When Wesley Crusher is first shown wearing one, he dons a light-blue tunic with a shoulder band mixing all three division colours into a band that encircles him. 

For the second season, the new uniform ditches the division colours and opts for an almost solid grey, with only the shoulder section slightly darker. Crusher's combadge is seemingly unique in that the oval surround on the Delta is silver, rather than the standard gold.

This uniform remained in service for nearly two decades, with a small variation making appearances in Star Trek: Lower Decks.
