Star Trek: Every Starfleet Uniform Ranked From WORST To BEST
58. Dress Uniforms - Late 32nd Century
While previous iterations of the dress uniforms for Starfleet officers remained mostly consistent between the ranks, with Flag Officers receiving variations, by the late-32nd Century, higher-ranking officers also had an updated variant.
Most officers wore a navy, long-sleeved jacket, with gold piping running from left to right across the torso. The collar was high, bearing rank insignia, while the tricombadge sat on the left breast.
For captains, a special red variant of this dress uniform was commissioned with a collar that split in the middle to reveal a white undershirt. The Flag officer variant was closer in overall design to the standard officer dress, with added ornamentation running along the right side of the jacket. This version was double-breasted and a light grey colour.
