82. Agent Daniels/Kovich - 29th Century/32nd Century

Though Agent Daniels sported a 2150s jumpsuit when he first appeared to Captain Archer in Enterprise, he quickly swapped that out for a futuristic suit, form-fitting, slightly resembling something a Borg Drone would find 'fetching'. 

After dying (and being reincarnated) in this uniform, his style changed. By the time he revealed his identity to Michael Burnham in Life, Itself, he was known for his thick-rimmed spectacles, his severe necktie, and a fine black suit.

It may have been a uniform of one, but Kovich cut an impressive image, legal pads and all.
