Star Trek: Every Starfleet Uniform Ranked From WORST To BEST
81. Starfleet Grey Variant - Mid 2380s
Seen in flashback in the Star Trek: Picard episode Seventeen Seconds, this variant was in service in at least 2381, around the time of Thaddeus Troi-Riker's birth. It seemed to be a halfway point between the standard grey and black uniforms introduced in First Contact, and the flashback-only uniforms of Picard.

The grey shoulder section extended downwards into the chest, while a division colour stripe separated these shoulders from the chest, save for another grey stripe encircling the upper torso.
Seen only in this flashback scene as Riker and Picard toast Thad's birth, it is unclear how widespread this uniform was, or for how long.
