Star Trek: Every Starfleet Uniform Ranked From WORST To BEST

35. Flag Officer Uniform - 32nd Century

Fleet (D)Admiral Charles Vance displayed the first flag officer uniform seen in the 32nd Century. It, like its standard duty counterparts, was a light grey colour. Unlike the standard duty uniforms, it did not have the division colour band running down the right side.

Instead, the flag officer uniform had division trim along the collar and edges of the fabric (similar to the capelet worn by Division 14). Epaulets denoted rank, while the pip-pins were split in two, positioned at the front of the collar.

These uniforms were in service for at least a decade before the Discovery arrived at Starfleet HQ, as Senna Tal, one of the Tal symbiont's former hosts, was seen wearing one.
