Star Trek: Every Starfleet Uniform Ranked From WORST To BEST

80. The Human Elysian Council Member (USS Bonaventure) - Circa 2269

In The Animated Series episode The Time Trap, a possible early version of a Starfleet uniform was seen being worn by the human who sat on the Elysian Council. 

As the USS Bonaventure, one of the earliest ships equipped with a warp drive, was trapped in the Delta Triangle, this uniform, according to The Star Trek Concordance, was a derivation of a uniform worn on that vessel.

The Delta variant on the left breast suggested a contemporary science division symbol, adding weight to this theory.
