Known for: wearing a fetching pair of blue slacks that don't at all resemble the pair displayed on the depressingly grey WWE-licensed merchandise that could be purchased by parting with twenty-five of your hard-earned American dollars.

It was the embodiment of the belief that if something and/or someone got uproariously over with WWE's oblivious core audience, it would be dug deep into the ground. They are incapable of allowing the natural progression of a gag.
