10 Controversial Cases Of The WWE Censoring Fans

3. Randy Savage For Hall Of Fame

Randy Savage is one of the WWE€™s all-time greats€”and yet he is still hasn't been inducted into the Hall of Fame. Various theories exist as to why he is yet to be enrolled, including an unconfirmed rumour involving Stephanie McMahon, but regardless of the reason it appears to still be a touchy subject with the WWE. Back in February, two fans were ejected for holding a €œRandy Savage for Hall of Fame€ sign. Bear in mind that at this point, Ultimate Warrior had already been long confirmed as the headliner for the Class of 2014. So was this another example of the WWE clamping down on a fan€™s opinion that contradicted its own? It€™s very likely, and although there were no details on the behaviour of the fans themselves, the fact that this news was picked up by a Green Bay radio station€”not just a pro wrestling dirt sheet€”suggests that it€™s a story to be trusted. On the flip side, you could argue that the WWE were trying to cover up potential spoilers, but it€™ll be impossible to know for sure on this one until the Class of 2015 is announced next year.
