10 Wrestlers Who Should Be Future WWE World Champions

2. Finn Balor

Odds: 1-1 (Evens) If you€™re looking for someone who€™s truly special and is destined for big things in WWE, look no further than the current NXT Champion, Finn Balor. One of Triple H€™s top signings, the former Prince Devitt has been nearly unstoppable since entering WWE€™s developmental system last year. Balor has tapped into his Demon persona multiple times during NXT: TakeOver events, donning body paint, headgear and other accessories, which has captivated fans and has become a must-see entrance. Thankfully, unlike former WCW wrestler Glacier, Balor has a ton of talent to back up his elaborate entrance.Probably the biggest criticisms against Balor would be his size and his accent, which also could be advantages in that he doesn€™t look and sound like a cookie-cutter WWE superstar. Balor has that ability to connect with fans, and he could be someone who is in the Daniel Bryan mold €“ a smaller guy who€™s an outstanding ring technician with a rabid fanbase. Balor is a future world champion and should capture gold within the next two years. If Kevin Dunn is gone in the next year, then bump that timetable up a little.
