10 WWE Superstars Who Better Call Paul (Heyman)

By Jamie Kennedy /

5. Titus O'Neil

When The Prime Time Players split up, many fans expected that Titus O'Neil would benefit from the kind of push previously afforded to guys like Ezekiel Jackson. Far from being a good thing, that's the kind of heavy promotion which ends quickly, and makes it almost impossible for any developing talent to succeed, and is a damning indictment of the WWE system. Possessing the size required of Vince McMahon pushes, O'Neil has also shown a remarkable amount of personality when called upon. Really coming out of his shell as part of The Players, the big man was a riot on commentary during an episode of Monday Night Raw in late-2012. Unfortunately, WWE didn't capitalise on that, which is where Paul Heyman enters the fray. Oddly enough, for a show based around verbiage and physical confrontation, it can be strangely difficult for talent to secure regular speaking slots in WWE. Pushing for more promo time is something Titus should definitely be doing, and Heyman could help him with that. If company management see the guy looking to better himself, working with someone who does get sufficient talking minutes, fans would like to imagine such endeavour would be rewarded.
