10 WWE Superstars Who Better Call Paul (Heyman)

By Jamie Kennedy /

4. Darren Young

Let's be honest here, Darren Young is the kind of talent who has little chance of becoming the headline billing on the marquee. There's little to distinguish Young from many other guys packing the lower mid-card scene, and that's something the man himself has to look to change. It's time for something fresh, vibrant and different from Young, otherwise he can't expect upward mobility. Briefly gaining a little slice of notoriety after being the first WWE Superstar to be openly homosexual, Young's star didn't shine for too long, and what was once seen as a brave move by the company to come out is now regarded as a nuisance, especially when the wrestler is criticising management for their choice of touring locations (Abu Dhabi). Paul Heyman is one man Young should grill for possible ideas, as there must be a few rattling around in Heyman's head. Who better to ask than a man who helped make limited wrestlers such as The Sandman, and bland personalities like Tommy Dreamer, top stars? Darren Young falls into the latter category, and that needs to change for his career to move forward.
