The OCs ended what should have been a celebratory Monday Night Raw in a sour mood as result of a Roman Reigns-related show-closing brawl. Ahead of him announcing who he intended to face at the 'Biggest Party Of The Summer', could they have been looking to force his hand, or force him off the card altogether?

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson both suffered the impact of Cedric Alexander's dive from the TitanTron as the former 205 Live star arrived on the scene to help out 'The Big Dog' in his time of need. It followed a cancelled "Samoan Summit" - something they presumably wanted nothing to do with whilst attempting imbibe the trappings of their past life in the Far East.

The new tag team champions had been enjoying sushi with United States Champion AJ Styles before it all kicked off, but found themselves dragged into a scuffle that had the last hour of Monday's show resembling something more akin to Royal Rumble time than SummerSlam season. Might it have been their intention to return the blue brand to the shock and awe of Eric Bischoff's era with this backstage assault during his first show on the job?
