11. Theme Parked

For two weeks now, NXT has started hot. Employing Poppy's psychotically magnificent metal two weeks ago, they used the hostilities between the black-and-gold brand and the main roster last week to keep viewers on the hook.

This week, all the pressing angles were mixed into the typical Slipknot opening theme to create credits that felt specifically selected for this show.

Yet again finding a way to avoid the sterility the main roster is so often guilty of, NXT added urgency to a week of television badly hampered by two wretched shows in the UK.
