11 WWE Superstars Who Were Given Huge Contracts

8. Mark Henry

The World€™s Strongest Man, like The Big Show, is somebody who has been around for two decades and has consistently made impressive money. Whilst the two-time Olympian was initially signed to a mammoth 10-year contract, he was also given a guaranteed $250,000 per year. At the time, guaranteed money was near-enough unheard of in the WWF, meaning that there was a lot of initial dislike towards Henry from the locker room. It also didn€™t help that he was given 3 months off each year in order to focus on powerlifting and weightlifting. The initial long-term deal for Henry looked a poor decision as he floundered in the lower reaches of the card, but then something changed: he actually got rather good as a monster heel during the mid-2000s. Henry€™s next deal saw him sign on the dotted line for a guaranteed $877,000 per year, with first class travel also included. This was believed to be another 10-year deal, although that doesn€™t seem to be the case as 2013 saw the former World Champion reveal that he€™d just signed a new 3-year deal at that point. Either way, Henry has taken home a whole lot of cash over the years. It€™s just frustrating that it took him so long to get to a level that warranted the pay packet.
