13 Mind-Blowing WWE WrestleMania 42 Predictions You NEED To Know
12. Jacob Fatu’s Death-Defying Moonsault
See above for a still from one of the recent episodes of SmackDown. Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu falling to their doom actually ended that recent TV, and it's clear that creative believe there's significant zest for more crazy action between these arch rivals. They're right, there is, but maybe not for long if the weekend is going to be Drew's last whirl inside a WWE ring for a while.
The rumour mill says he's off to Hollywood to shoot scenes for a new Highlander movie, presumably after putting Fatu over on the biggest PLE of 2026. All of the dramatic falls, handcuffs and blood between these guys means they'll have to up the ante even further in their "Unsanctioned Match".
Jacob has one hell of a moonsault, but he typically performs that inside the ring and inside the ring only. He has worked dive spots to the outside, but Fatu generally doesn't do his best Charlotte Flair by leaping to the outside with a spectacular backflip. This is 'Mania though, and that means everyone brings their Sunday best (or Saturday, in this instance).
If they check it out beforehand and it's a spot deemed safe, then it'd be really cool to see Jacob moonsault onto Drew McIntyre off a platform in the crowd. Like, a high one. A really high one. Surely WWE's stunt coordinators can line a suitable crash pad up for both so it looks brutal but doesn't properly do either man in.
Winning that way and sacrificing his own body would showcase the chaotic side of the 'Samoan Werewolf' that people love.
