13 Most Emotional WrestleMania Moments

9. Daniel Bryan€™s Big Moment

Bryan Danielson has been a long-standing darling of wrestling fans since way before he arrived in the WWE as Daniel Bryan. As a babyface he has that unique ability to appeal to near-enough every possible demographic, be they old or young, male or female, €˜smart€™ fan or casual viewer. Since his 18 second loss to Sheamus at Wrestlemania 28, the star of Daniel Bryan began to sky rocket and fans constantly made their thoughts clear: they wanted the face of the WWE to be the bearded face of Bryan. As fan frustration at the company€™s refusal to make Bryan €˜the man€™ started to boil over, PPVs and television broadcasts were being taken over by passionate and loud Daniel Bryan supporters. No matter who was in the ring, Daniel Bryan was the name coming out of fans€™ mouths. Finally the WWE relented, pitting Bryan in a match against HHH at Wrestlemania 30. Thing is, many sceptical fans thought that this could just be one of those times where HHH conveniently kills the push of a guy. To his credit, Hunter did the clean job against D-Bry, and the former American Dragon would go on to capture the biggest prize of the business in the Wrestlemania main event against Randy Orton and Batista. Finally, in a genuinely emotional moment with a huge sense of achievement, the fans had gotten what so many of them had wanted to see. Adding even further to the emotion was Connor €œThe Crusher€ Michalek, who was the first person Bryan looked to after his monumental victory in one of the all-time feel good moments of Wrestlemania.
