13 New Directions For WWE After SummerSlam 2026
10. Roman Reigns Punishing The Bloodline
For losing to LA Knight, Solo Sikoa and Royce Keys.
Personally, this fan can't be 100% sure that Knight, Solo and Keys will stick together as a trio, but WWE is probably thinking about what they’re going to do for WarGames this year so might keep them linked. LA did hug Sikoa post-match, so the writers are clearly keen on exploring Solo's blossoming babyface turn. It's been one of the summer's neatest surprises, to tell the truth, and it's come out of nowhere.
Maybe Sikoa and Knight are about to emerge as WWE's latest odd couple tag-team and supplant the Damian Priest and R-Truth combo as tag champs. You never know. Stranger things have definitely happened around these parts. Right, onto The Bloodline, because it's a whole mess of a situation that's going on over at Roman Reigns towers.
LA pinned Jey Uso to score the win for his squad at SummerSlam, and the 'OTC' won't be happy about that. He can't be chuffed that his family failed to get the job done and kick off The Bloodline's PLE weekend in style, and he'll be slightly concerned that Royce handled Jacob Fatu with ease too.
It wouldn't be a shocker if Reigns brought Jimmy, Jey and Jacob (dudes over here sounding like members of The Jackson 5!) together on a coming episode of Raw to demand answers as to why they're failing so badly. They haven't recruited Solo as he commanded, and now they're losing to a thrown-together trio.
Genuine pitch: Just end this Bloodline reprise. It's nWo B-team levels thus far anyway.
