Once again, the New York crowd shows itself to be a pretty strict barometer for judging talent, and Reigns again felt the brunt of their negative feelings. Reigns by this time was allied heavily with the much more popular Dean Ambrose, with the hope that Reigns could co-opt some of Ambrose's effortless cool factor for himself. The two battled Wyatt and Harper in an action-packed brawl that saw the former Shield-mates go over clean. Reigns suffered a pretty funny bit of ignominy from the uninhibited crowd, during a spot where he played dead on the floor as Ambrose took a beating inside. As Reigns lay prone, the fans began chanting, "Roman's sleeping!" to mock the fact that he wasn't doing any work at the time.
