Title belts changed hands so frequently in World Championship Wrestling that even champions have been forgotten about. Evan Karagias is a former WCW Cruiserweigh and Hardcore Champion, but his most fruitful stint in the company was as part of the '3 Count' faction with Shane Helms and Shannon Moore. The boy band gimmick did get them over to a point, but whilst Moore and Helms would go on to bigger things in WWE, Karagias was left floundering. Once WCW went to the wire in 2001, Karagias had his contract picked up by Vince McMahon's WWF. Sadly, injury would curtail any chances of a main roster debut, and he was released later in the year without making a single in-ring appearance. Posted to the promotion's old developmental group, the Heartland Wrestling Association, Evan's career didn't take off the way he had hoped. Since then, Karagias has pretty much been out of the spotlight. He has appeared for various independent companies in North America, but his appearances have been fleeting over the years. Before 3 Count, Evan Karagias had merely been a Cruiserweight division jobber in WCW, but his association with the stable promised so much.
