3. They. Are. CURSED!

Hmm, there's something brewing nicely between The Miz, Kit Wilson and Danhausen. The fact the heel duo can’t see that they’re causing their own problems is fun, and so was this tag match vs. R-Truth and Damian Priest. Granted, anything would’ve been better than the MFTs and Wyatt Sicks warring over the belts for months on end. Nope, nothing earth-shattering here, but it was good clean fun and there was plenty for the commentary team to talk about due to all of the moving parts, the Danhausen effect, Truth and Priest as unlikely allies etc.

Danhausen accidentally cursing referee Dan Engler was ridiculous but another laugh, and it’s in-fitting with the silliness of the gimmick anyway. To his credit, Engler hammed it up and got goofy in the right way. He couldn't count the 3 with his right hand, but managed perfectly fine with his left. What a trooper. Refs throughout wrestling history could learn a thing or 2 from this kid.

The way Priest stares in disbelief at Truth's antics and all of the Danhausen stuff happening around him is gold too. He's just going along for the ride and happy to let things play out so long as they work in his favour. In some respects, Damian is representative of the viewer watching these skits/matches - he's like the only sane person in the room at times.

Danhausen deserves a lot of praise for recovering after an awful debut back at Elimination Chamber. There's no defending that crate business, but he has added to WWE's product ever since. There was a lot to like about this match and the narrative surrounding it.
