2. Clowns Get Clowned
If WWE was looking to entice fans to stick around to watch the end of Raw Monday night, they probably should have started with something better than the comedy stylings of the Bloodline B-Team (read: everyone except Roman Reigns) acting like a bunch of fools.
Jimmy and Jey Uso and Jacob Fatu were in the ring helpfully recapping everything, including Fatu running down his rhyming advice, until he stopped and admitted he screwed up: “This is on me – my bad.” Who is he, R-Truth?
The parade of rhymes, clichés, and catchphrases continued for a couple more minutes before the tron showed an SUV pulling up backstage, so the Bloodline stormed off to confront them… only to find out it was Jaida Parker. Fatu let out an “oh hell naw” to let everyone know that they were just overzealous clowns.
Parker obviously turned out to be a major clue for later, as she had partnered with OTM in NXT, and Royce Keys climbed into the same vehicle at the end of Raw when he tried to flee.
But this was just bad all around. The Bloodline looked like a bunch of geeks here. Presumably, they were going for showing the audience that 946 has flustered the unflappable top stable on Raw, but the Bloodline has been anything but unflappable since re-forming, rendering all of this moot and just making them look ineffective.
