Your writer may be an old romantic here, but there's something magic about the sheer simplicity of the good/evil dynamic between the heroic 'Hulkster' and the big, bad King Kong Bundy going to war behind the iconic blue bars.

Hogan's taped ribs from a prior Bundy attack are all the pair need to work off - the bandage is both prop and promise for where the story will go before Hogan prevails yet again. Rare use of blood adds literal colour to proceedings, as does Bobby Heenan's mad bumping for the Champion in the post-match patter.
