1. “Coming Soon”
So, wait…Blake Monroe debuted in person last week, but that was a teaser and she’s still “coming soon”? Another vignette teased her going after Rhea Ripley. Yep, most can and will get behind that plan, but WWE bungled Blake’s actual debut already. They looked like fools for going back to the hype on Friday night as if that skit with Chelsea Green was a figment of fan imaginations.
Monroe writing in her diary, and her general delivery of the script, almost bagged her an 'Up' here, but points were taken off for WWE's ridiculous formatting. At times, it's like they just go with AI-written show briefs and call it a day. That'd explain why Blake debuted in person then everyone sort of pretended she hadn't this week. Apparently, she's still on the way.
Who's gonna tell them?!
You can't be "coming soon" if you've already arrived, folks. It isn't like that segment with Chelsea particularly did anything for Monroe either. Hell, it didn't do much for Green's union with Tiffany Stratton. Why bother with it? Someone (Hunter) should've spoken up and had that deleted from the format before last week's show. Then, perhaps, Blake's latest vignette with the diary would've seemed more logical.
If nothing else, at least Rhea is lining up some tasty challengers for the summer. She'll get through Jade Cargill at Clash, then has bouts against Charlotte Flair, Jacy Jayne and Monroe to look forward to. All of those sound fab. Sadly, the same can't be said on WWE's organisation for Blake's actual introduction - it's been less than stellar.
