8 New Directions For WWE After Money In The Bank 2025

8. Becky Lynch Warring With Raw’s New Name

Lyra Valkyria's exasperated post-match attack on aloof new Women's Intercontinental Champ and smug smiling heel Becky Lynch says outright there's at least one more match coming between them before both move on to other matters. One of those "other matters" for Becks should be slotting into a Women's IC feud opposite Raw newcomer Stephanie Vaquer.

That'd be the best-case scenario for Vaquer after shining during her first forays onto WWE's main roster. Rhea Ripley is always there as another option, but no - 'La Primera' is definitely fresher than 'Mami'. The upshot of Lynch's title win is that she's set to become the matriarch of a bubbling sub-division within the female roster framework.

Kudos must go to Lyra for winning the belt first and holding it with distinction, but there's no doubting that things will go up a notch in terms of overall interest now 'Big Time Becks' has the thing. She's a bigger star by default, and fans have been conditioned to expect regular excellence from Lynch and her rivalries. There's no reason to predict that anything will change on that front now she has the IC gold strapped around her waist.

Once that bout against Valkyria (which will possibly take place over in Saudi Arabia at Night Of Champions or on the next Saturday Night's Main Event) is in the history books, then Becky can focus fully on building up Vaquer as a major player. Right, speaking of major players, someone already mentioned here is ready, willing and able to become one after recent performances.

You guessed it...
