2. Masked Man Drama

Some outlets have reported that none other than Austin Theory will rip off the hood to reveal that he helped 'Team Vision' win the men's WarGames match at Survivor Series over the weekend. That seems plausible, and Theory joining Paul Heyman's group has been rumoured for a while now, but the big question is...when?

WWE can easily spin this out for months. Theory, or whomever the masked dude who invaded WarGames was, hit a Seth Rollins stomp to effectively cost CM Punk and the babyfaces their win. Seth just had surgery and probably won’t be back for a while, so it was always likely that this was somebody else under the hood on Saturday. The timing of the reveal is going to be everything.

It may well be for the best if Punk launches into the next ‘whodunit’ story before finding out that Theory was behind the attack. 'It was you Austin. It was you all along, Austin' is also a line they absolutely must use. No negotiating on that one. It'd be a fun nod back to the 'Attitude Era', and it ties in nicely with Theory's name. Get it done!

Some tuning into Raw on Monday will be hoping to see a beaming Heyman introduce Theory as his newest charge and the game-changing "difference maker" who toppled things in his team's favour. Fair enough, but Monday sounds way too soon. Keep the mystery going for a while, and maybe have the masked dude invade other matches to hit different finishers so people are thrown off the scent.

If handled correctly, this could be the push Theory has wanted his entire WWE career.
