With WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025 now in the record books, the main event saw an appearance from a masked attacker.

As the men's WarGames match broke down, CM Punk hit a GTS on Logan Paul for a nearfall. From there, a mystery man - decked out all in black - scaled the WarGames cage, then stood between Punk and Bron Breakker. After a few seconds, this mystery man hit the Second City Saint with a short superkick and a Curb Stomp, with Wade Barrett teasing that this could be Seth Rollins, but also pointing out how the Visionary is supposed to be out of action after shoulder surgery.

That mystery attacker quickly climbed back over the WarGames structure, leading to Bron Breakker pinning CM Punk after hitting him with his patented spear.

For those wondering who this attacker was, PWInsider and Fightful Select are both reporting that this attacker was Austin Theory.

Previously, there had been rumblings that Theory had been pencilled in for a spot on the Seth Rollins-led Vision team at WarGames, though those plans seemingly collapsed once Rollins suffered a shoulder injury at Crown Jewel. However, if A-Town Down is indeed revealed to be the mystery man from Survivor Series, one has to presume that means he'll be the newest member of the Vision, joining Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman. Of course, one also has to presume that Breakker pinning CM Punk should lead to the second-generation Steiner putting himself firmly in the mix for a shot at Punk's World Heavyweight Title at some point in the near future.
