While she's been largely out of the WWE Women's Title picture across the past year or so, Charlotte Flair believes she should still be presented as a "main attraction".

Speaking on Busted Open Radio (via f4wonline), Flair said:

"Do I agree that I should be a main attraction? Yes. Do I think that I should be looked at and marked like that champion that you're thinking? Yes."

Discussing her ongoing tag team pairing with Alexa Bliss, the Queen praised this past year as "the best of my career" and that she's "never been more versatile".

As for what's in the future for Charlotte, she suggested that the Bliss partnership is part of something bigger, adding:

"I think being in this tag, whether it's slow or not for some of my fans, I think there is a bigger picture, and that I'm going to keep working towards, keep fighting for that."

Elsewhere, Flair also discussed being able to show vulnerability during this current run, that her character has become more interesting, and that she doesn't always have to be in a main event spot.

Interestingly, prior to being a part of the five-woman ladder match to crown the Interim WWE Women's Champion at SummerSlam earlier this month, Charlotte Flair had not had a World Title match since losing to then-Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton at WrestleMania 41 last year. As for what's next for Charlotte, that remains to be seen, with the 14-time World Champion picking up a big win over Jade Cargill on the most recent SmackDown, where she was reportedly a driving factor in how Tatum Paxley was called up from NXT.
