With WrestleMania 42 Night 2 closed out by Roman Reigns beating CM Punk to become the new World Heavyweight Champion, there's now a major update on what lies ahead for the Tribal Chief.

Speaking on the 'Mania 42 post-show last night, Roman made it clear that he'll be working a more regular WWE schedule from here on out, at least for the next few months.

As the OTC put it:

"I'm gonna take y'all to Monday Night Raw tomorrow night. I'll see y'all tomorrow night. All this part-time crap? We're gonna fix that. Y'all better make some room, because you're gonna see my ass all summer."

During that post-show appearance, Roman Reigns was also on the end of some "Oba! Oba! Oba!" and "Oba's gonna kill you!" chants, to which he responded that Oba Femi had done a big thing at WrestleMania 42 - beating Brock Lesnar - but that's something Roman has done multiple times. Interestingly, Reigns said that he'll see how Oba does over the summer, and then maybe Femi can face Roman.

Earlier in that same post-show, Oba Femi had said that he's got a big few months ahead of him, and that maybe "the OTC can get some" at the end of the year.

Before potentially getting to Oba Femi, though, it appears that Roman Reigns will have a certain Ring General on his radar sooner rather than later. Per Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, as of last week, the current plan is to get to Reigns vs. Gunther, "maybe" for SummerSlam. Of course, the Austrian is on the back of his own big WrestleMania win right now, having put Seth Rollins to sleep - with a little help from the returning Bron Breakker - at WrestleMania 42 Night 1.
