Jeff Jarrett has elaborated on the cutting remarks he made on last week's AEW Dynamite during a segment involving Satnam Singh.

In putting over his massive stable-mate on the November 11th edition of the show, Jarrett went in hard on Braun Strowman and 'The Monster Among Men's employers, noting that Singh was "no make-believe monster who wears red skinny jeans and is produced by the banana nose circus.”

Speaking on his My World podcast (h/t Wrestling Observer), 'The Last Outlaw' said he was;

"..just kind of taking a dig at a blanket statement of big men in wrestling and red skinny jeans, just an outfit and a circus and all that...I was aware of him being, kind of, I don't know if it's naive or whatever you want to call it, when he takes a shot at the 'flippy flop' stuff. It's almost tone deaf. In 2022, when you look at the landscape of all of pro wrestling, you want to resonate with your audience...For him to take a shot at it, I thought, 'Here's a perfect opportunity to draw an analogy (to Singh), and Braun, whether he's a former softball player or strongman, he's got some accolades, but he's certainly not a NBA player."

Strowman made the ill-judged remarks online following an otherwise well-received Crown Jewel 2022 outing with Omos. It was reported that he had received some heat backstage for the remarks, though was at least back to normal squash duties with a victory over Jinder Mahal on last Friday's SmackDown in just 1:50.

Meanwhile, Singh will presumably stand alongside Jarrett and Jay Lethal in their Full Gear tag team match with Darby Allin and Sting at this Saturday's Full Gear pay-per-view.
