Wrestling lifer Jeff Jarrett has refused to rule out the possibility of purchasing TNA someday and running the company all over again. Jarrett told Ariel Helwani that he's loving life as part of the AEW roster, but he's also "a businessman" who's always hunting out new opportunities.

In fact, Jeff said: "I love opportunities".

The question clearly tickled Jarrett. He hasn't really been involved in TNA/Impact Wrestling affairs since his last whirl with the promotion back in 2017. He'd actually formed the organisation back in 2002, but eventually left in 2014 amidst a lot of backstage drama talk with Dixie Carter and others.

Jeff relented during the Helwani interview that he hadn't been researching hard numbers or how he'd go about acquiring TNA, but he'd freely admit that he's kinda interested. However, he's "very happy" with where he's at in life, and remains "grateful" to Tony Khan and AEW for extending his in-ring career.

It's worth noting that Jarrett hasn't worked a match for All Elite since doing the job for Claudio Castagnoli on the 29 January 2025 edition of Dynamite. Yep, a year and a half ago now. In the interim, Jeff has been working some shots on the independent scene and keeping busy behind the scenes.

Could running TNA again be in his future? Fans shouldn't discount anything, because the industry is chaotic and unpredictable. For now though, Jarrett is fully focused on his current projects. Buying TNA and bringing the promotion full circle isn't on his short-term agenda, that's for sure.
