MVP Teases Formation Of Major New WWE Faction?
Forget the Hurt Business, could MVP be about to form an entirely new faction?
While many fans have been clamouring for the reformation of the Hurt Business, could MVP be about to spring an entirely new faction on the WWE Universe?
Taking to Instagram (as picked up on by WrestlingNews.co), MVP posted an image of him backstage at last night's Raw with Carmelo Hayes, the Street Profits, and Omos. Of course, some have immediately jumped on this and suggested that this could be a tease for a new WWE stable.
For those wondering, NXT star Hayes was in attendance in Boston due to wrestling Akira Tozawa on this week's edition of WWE Main Event. While Main Event airs every Thursday, the matches are traditionally taped prior to the previous Monday's Raw.
MVP has long teased doing something with Carmelo, and the former NXT North American Champion has likewise had plentiful praise for Porter over the last few years. Still, the chances are that MVP is just merely having some fun on social media with this latest photo of him and some buddies, though the comments on the post show a hugely positive response to potentially putting the Profits and Hayes with MVP and Omos...
With WrestleMania Season now in full swing, Omos is set to challenge Brock Lesnar at this year's Showcase of the Immortals. For the Street Profits, it's unsure what role Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford will have at 'Mania, with the tag team picture currently dominated by the prospect of Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens reuniting to take on the Usos for the Undisputed Tag Team Titles at the Granddaddy of Them All.
Where Carmelo Hayes is concerned, he's been heavily rumoured for a move to the main roster in recent months, and Him could well find himself jumping to Raw or SmackDown once WrestleMania is in the rear-view mirror.
