7. Elimination Chamber (2013)

The last time before this event that The Rock wrestled on a secondary pay-per-view: Backlash 2003. His WWE Championship defense against CM Punk was a fine match, even if Rock's cardio looked to be lagging. The Elimination Chamber match itself was excellent, although the choice of Jack Swagger as winner was highly questionable, until his WrestleMania storyline unfolded. Then it was REALLY questionable. 2013 was a haven for some seriously underrated WWE cards, this clearly being one of them. RECOMMENDED MATCH: John Cena, Ryback, and Sheamus vs. The Shield. The trio in black were being utilized as a group that couldn't be beaten by any three singles wrestlers, let alone three of the strongest. The work of Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins (and even the clean-up power of Roman Reigns) were a breath of fresh air on WWE shows that more than needed it.
