Ranking All 30 Of The Undertaker's WWE Years From Worst To Best
3. 1998
Undoubtedly one of the most defining years of The Undertaker's career, 1998 was peak Attitude Era and that brought with it a ton of exciting opportunities for 'The Man From The Dark Side'.
In fact, he started the year on an incredible high as his edge-of-seat feud with newly-debuted brother of destruction Kane carried on, leading to a string of gargantuan battles - most notably their classic 'Mania clash and their innovative Inferno Match. From there, the pair's careers would be forever intertwined and we saw plenty of that throughout the remainder of the year as they teamed and battled non-stop.
The 'Lord of Darkness' continued to evolve into a more, well, darker persona as he found himself back in the WWE Championship picture during the summer before he officially kicked off the Ministry of Darkness just before the year's end.
Perhaps his most famous year in terms of matches, '98 saw the legend gift us with that impeccable Casket Match with Shawn Michaels, the two unforgettable showdowns with Kane, the Buried Alive brawl against Austin and that infamous Hell In A Cell match against Mankind.
The Undertaker was a pillar of the Attitude Era and a large part of that is down to the wonders that it worked on his career. With question, some of his finest days.
