Revealed: What Stephanie Vaquer Said To Make Liv Morgan Cry On Raw (WWE News)
Stephanie Vaquer had some stern words for Liv Morgan on WWE Raw.
As WWE's Liv Morgan continues to tease which champion she'll face at WrestleMania 42 following her win in the women's Royal Rumble last month, last night's Raw saw a backstage interaction between Morgan and Women's World Champion Stephanie Vaquer that left Liv distraught and in tears.
Liv Morgan has spent the past several weeks bouncing between Raw and SmackDown, as she drags out her decision of whether to face Vaquer or WWE Women's Champion Jade Cargill when the Showcase of the Immortals rolls around this April. And last night, La Primera interrupted a sit-down interview Liv was having with Michael Cole, where Stephanie had some stern words for Morgan.
Speaking in her native Spanish, Vaquer's comments have been translated in a WWE.com recap video of this segment:
"Did you say 10 years of hard work? You working hard? That's bulls**t! You've sacrificed nothing! WWE gave you everything. The best training, the best medical, you were given everything. You want to talk about sacrifice? I was born in Chile, a country where wrestling doesn't exist. And now I've travelled all over the world. Japan, Mexico, Latin America, Europe. And I've conquered everything. You should be ashamed because you need to hide behind the Judgment Day. It's sad because you need to hide behind a man. But let me tell you something. I went through Hell and made it mine. Everything I did was to get to WWE and become champion. This title for me means more than just a title. It's for all the little girls, all the women who never got the opportunity and overcome anyway. Liv, if you pick me, you won't win. Because I'm going to show you what a real champion is."
Before Stephanie Vaquer made an appearance, Liv Morgan told Michael Cole that she's made a decision on WrestleMania 42, and that decision is... that she's not going to rush her decision, before letting out a cackle, all while being flanked by Dominik Mysterio. It was then that Vaquer appeared, leaving Liv in tears by the time all was said and done, with Morgan being consoled by her Judgment Day pals in later segments.
For Stephanie Vaquer, she's now hit 150 days as the Women's World Champion, having defeated Iyo Sky for that prize at Wrestlepalooza after Naomi was forced to vacate the gold due to pregnancy. But while it looks like WWE is leaning towards Vaquer vs. Morgan at WrestleMania 42, the SmackDown side of things is a little more up in the air right now, with recent reports that there is creative uncertainty as to who Jade Cargill will be defending her WWE Women's Title against come 'Mania 42.
