WWE: 10 Superstars You Won't Believe Vince McMahon Gave Contracts To

By Andrew Soucek /

7. Eva Marie

Plenty of interchangeable, hired only for their looks, Divas have come and gone through the WWE over the years. Where to begin? B.B., Candice Michelle, Rosa Mendes, The Kat and Aksana are just a few of the passengers on the no talent train. But have any ever been so awkward, and completely devoid of personality as Eva Marie? Sure, she gets some crowd heat, but not in a good money-drawing way. This is go away "X-Pac" heat times 10. A female comparison would be Carmella, the original WWE Divas Search contest runner-up, but even she couldn't land a full-time job. Not Eva though, she gets to be on TV every week and earn good money. No one can quite figure out why. With virtually full control of the wrestling world, Vince McMahon could hire almost any woman he'd like. Sure, he could bring Kharma back, or promote Sara Del Ray from trainer to wrestler on TV or hire Cheerleader Melissa, Daffney or Hamada. But instead, he wants Eva Marie. What makes this decision even more perplexing is that Eva was 29 before debuting in the company. Now, in male wrestling years that's really not that old. Recent call-ups like Fandango and Luke Harper were in their early 30s before they joined the main roster. Most Divas, though, are in their early 20s or late teens when they debut. Just look at JoJo and Kelly Kelly. So, Eva can't wrestle, has no charisma, has a monotone voice and is already approaching Diva retirement age. What was Vince McMahon thinking?
