WWE Money In The Bank 2026: 9 Things That NEED To Happen

7. Oba Femi & Bronson Reed Wreck The Ring

Brock Lesnar and Big Show would like a word, gents.

WWE has run this play a bunch of times over the years, and it's always spectacular. You know the drill: 2 burly brutes perform a superplex spot (or something similar) and end up wrecking all that hard work the ring crew did earlier in the afternoon. Beneath their weight/might, the entire ring crumbles as turnbuckles go flying everywhere and crowds react like they know they've just witnessed something special.

Would a non-finish be cheeky? Definitely, which is why it wouldn't happen. More on that in a bit. For now, just know that Oba Femi, Bronson Reed, the referee and maybe a few members of The Vision would be buried beneath the wreckage of a killer spot done right.

'What about the rest of the show?', we hear you cry. 'Oba vs. Bronson won't be the main event at Money In The Bank, after all'. You're right, it won't, but WWE can always air a few video packages and have Danhausen come out to shill some new merchandise whilst the crew tart things up ready for the next match. There are ways around this sort of mayhem.

It's worth doing just to further the notion that Femi is the 'Next Big Thing' regen of Lesnar-style brute force. Plus, giving Reed something huge to do might well mask what's coming next and soften the blow of defeat a little. Post-match, most folks would be talking about this bump, not the fact he had his shoulders pinned to the mat.

Or whatever's left of the mat.
