WWE has revealed the full match listings for both Night 1 and Night 2 at next weekend's bumper SummerSlam 2025 PLE. The tentpole event takes place across 2-3 August and beams live from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Unsurprisingly, Triple H and other chiefs moved to spread content out fairly, but it's interesting that there are currently 6 matches on the first night and 5 on the second.

Here's how SummerSlam Saturday looks at time of writing:

WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Gunther (c) vs. CM Punk

WWE Women’s Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Cargill

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships: Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair

Randy Orton & Jelly Roll vs. Drew McIntyre & Logan Paul

Roman Reigns & Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed

Karrion Kross vs. Sami Zayn

Gunther defending the World Title vs. Punk is clearly a stand out from Night 1, but other treats like Tiffany Stratton vs. Jade Cargill and a funky-looking tag bout pitting Randy Orton and musician Jelly Roll vs. Drew McIntyre and the ever-outspoken Logan Paul look like they could be rather interesting too.

Roman Reigns will also work his first bout since WrestleMania 41 when he teams with cousin Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. It's believed that this match is a substitute for a rumoured scuffle between Reigns and the injured Seth Rollins. WWE has a solid contingency plan in place thanks to Breakker and Reed, at least.

Night 2's Matches Are As Follows:

How about Night 2 then? Well, WWE has kept some big hitters back for the closing card next weekend. Here's how SummerSlam Sunday looks currently:

Undisputed WWE Championship (Street Fight): John Cena (c) vs. Cody Rhodes

WWE Women’s World Championship: Naomi (c) vs. Rhea Ripley vs. IYO SKY

WWE United States Championship (Steel Cage): Solo Sikoa (c) vs. Jacob Fatu

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. AJ Styles

WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship (No DQ, No Countouts): Becky Lynch (c) vs. Lyra Valkyria

John Cena's final SummerSlam ever sees him defend the WWE Title vs. Cody Rhodes in a 'Street Fight'. It's expected to be an emotional night for Cena despite his heel guise taking centre stage. On the women's side, most are licking their lips at the prospect of Naomi, Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY stealing the show - Ripley and Sky tore the house down at Evolution recently, so great things are expected now Naomi is in the mix.

Could they top what Rhea, IYO and Bianca Belair achieved at WrestleMania?

There's also an interesting added stipulation to the Women's Intercontinental Title bout. If Becky Lynch wins that, then Lyra Valkyria "can never challenge for the title again". A belt change could be on the cards there then.

Keep your eyes glued to WWE TV over the next week or so to find out if Triple H adds another match to the lineup and evens things up at 6 apiece across both nights.

Update: Nick Aldis announced a 6-team TLC bout for the WWE Tag-Team Titles on Friday's episode of SmackDown. Champs The Wyatt Sicks defend vs. The Street Profits, DIY, Fraxiom, Motor City Machine Guns, and the team of Andrade and Rey Fenix. At time of writing, that match hasn't been officially confirmed for either the Saturday or Sunday shows, but obviously will be soon.
