10. Beyond ThunderDome

Everyone was quick to voice their opinion on SummerSlam being the first PPV to feature the ThunderDome set up and, thankfully, most of the comments were positive.

Though it debuted on SmackDown, WWE's 'Biggest Event of the Summer' introduced it to a much wider audience - many of whom were very impressed by how much of an improvement it was over the silent Performance Center environment.

It's nice to see such positive feedback for what was undoubtedly an incredibly innovative idea on WWE's part.
