5 Comics You Must Buy This Week (April 24)

Each week I will countdown my top 5 most anticipated comics hitting the shelves. A lot of books come out, some good, some bad and maybe a gem or two that you may overlook. Last week was definitely belonged to Marvel, and the Age of Ultron event. Issue number 6 saw something many fans saw coming from day one, but it was a shocker that it actually (at least temporarily) did happen. Marvel is however giving us a week off from the event and the AU labeled tie ins, so that means I get to highlight a few smaller titles that I think you should pick up. gota25. Guardians of the Galaxy #2 by Brian Michael Bendis and Steve McNiven I know that I started this section off by talking about smaller releases, but chill out there coming. Guardians of the Galaxy issue 1 was the best-selling book for the month of March. So it wasn't just me excited to read this book. The first issue was great, it seems that ever since Bendis left the Avengers he has been invigorated and all his books are great. The reintroduction of the team started off on the right foot in issue 1, and of course Rocket Raccoon steals the show as he does with every book. He even steals the scenes in Nova and that€™s not even his book.
