8 Things The Doctor Doom Movie Must Do

7. Don't Americanise Him

Marvel Comics

Julian McMahon and Toby Kebbell brought us Americanised takes on Victor Von Doom, and both of them were horrible and so fundamentally wrong.

Sure, Doom went over to the US to study and that's where his rivalry with Reed Richards began, but he's Latverian through and through.

The solo film should emphasis that Doctor Doom is a man with his very own country, one that he runs successfully and peacefully.

His success in governing Latveria leads Victor to believe that the world would be a better place if he was in charge, and it's this mindset that the movie must explore.

But in doing so, it must offer an immersive take on Latveria and convince us that the country really exists. We want Eastern European grit rather than Hollywood polish.

And casting a non-Amercian actor would also be a good move...
