Doomsday Clock might be the biggest talking point in the DC Universe right now, but that hasn't stopped the publisher from announcing a massive new project set to debut in four months' time.

It's not just any old comic book either, because this one promises to revamp the entire Justice League altogether. Titled Justice League: No Justice, Dark Nights: Metal alum Scott Snyder will write the book alongside James Tynion IV and Joshua Williamson, with art duties handled by the ever impressive Francis Manapul.

Taking place in the immediate wake of the Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo comic, No Justice will feature not one, not two, not three, but four individual groups operating under one Justice League, with one led by Batman, another by Superman, and the last two by Wonder Woman and Flash. Snyder certainly seems pumped (and who can blame him?):

“We thought we knew the entire map of the DC cosmos. We thought we had explored all there was to explore. But now we know that all this time the Multiverse was nothing but a fishbowl, and now we’ve been dumped into the ocean, unleashing terrifying new threats, and wondrous new possibilities. METAL opened up channels of storytelling that Francis, James, Joshua and I are excited to explore in a big way. When we’re finished, fans will never look at the Justice League in the same way again.”

Featuring Braniac as the main villain, No Justice aims to place DC's League books right at the forefront of their publishing slate, a move that, while a little late to capitalise on November's Justice League film, is a welcome one nonetheless.

With a boatload more League titles in store, and with the publisher only going from strength to strength as of late, DC are heading into 2018 cowl-first. We kind of love it.
