9. Ultimate Six
There are signs that Marvel plans on bringing the Sinister Six villain collective into the MCU in one form or another, like the presence of Michael Mando's Scorpion in Homecoming and his reference to his "friends on the outside", just for starters.
Brian Michael Bendis's Ultimate Six event pitted Spidey against five members of the bad guy boyband - Electro, Kraven, Sandman, Doctor Octopus and Green Goblin, making it a good vehicle for fast-tracking iconic villains into Tom Holland's life.
Ultimate Six would also be a good fit for the MCU because it has all the makings of a Spider-Man-Avengers crossover. It was the web-slinger's first team-up with The Ultimates in comics and could be adapted on a similar scale to Civil War.
A few bad guy switch-ups would be necessary. Swapping Scorpion for Electro would be a good idea, since the electric superhero's Amazing Spider-Man 2 appearance is fresh in everybody's mind, and perhaps Michael Keaton's Vulture could return in place of Norman Osborn, who is expected to remain in Sony's SpiderVerse for now.
