Premiering at the South by Southwest festival in March, and released in UK from 13th May, Everybody Wants Some is a laugh out loud American sports comedy film that follows a newly formed crop of the Southeast Texas Cherokees, a college baseball team that concerns itself with Baseball only once they're inside the diamond. As they meet and move in together for the first time, the film gives a retrospective look at classic 1980 college style partying, drinking, and debauchery.

Starring Blake Jenner as hotshot pitcher Jake, the Cherokees set about their new year in college under strict instructions from the coach; no alcohol in the house, and no women upstairs. Within moments the gang decide that flaunting those golden rules sound much more fun however, and after cruising the campus for girls they immediately start planning a moving in party with drink and 'chicks' very much on the agenda.

After meeting Beverley (Zoey Deutch) on one group's scouting sessions, Jake makes his feelings known by leaving flowers at her apartment. Following a disastrous training session which sees one of the team kicked out for not being who he says he is, Jake makes plans to attend a costume party with Beverley. But not before mentioning the occasion to the others, who all quickly decide they want to come along.

Full of hilarious college style capers, and real moments of hilarity, Everybody Wants Some received critical acclaim following its initial premiere and US launch.
