Adamantium is the new black, maybe...? Anyone?

Elizabeth Rodriguez, known for her role on the Netflix prison drama Orange Is The New Black and more recently Fear The Walking Dead, has joined the cast of the upcoming third Wolverine solo movie, according to The Wrap.

The 35-year old American actress is reportedly in talks for a "small but key role" in the 20th Century Fox production, which is promised to be Hugh Jackman's final appearance in his signature X-Men role.

The as-yet untitled movie - believed to be based at least in part on Mark Millar's popular comic book Old Man Logan, and reportedly aiming for an R rating - will once again reunite Jackman with Patrick Stewart as Professor Xavier (might it be his last X-Men movie too?), and The Wolverine director James Mangold.

Rodriguez won't be the only notable TV actor to appear in the movie, as Boyd Holbrook (Narcos) is on board in what's thought to be a key villain role. ER's Eriq La Salle, British comedy star Stephen Merchant, and Richard E Grant will also appear.

Currently in production, the movie is set to open in March 2017.
