10 Awesome Ways Netflix's Daredevil Could Link To The Wider MCU

From Hell's Kitchen to the distant cosmos, perhaps?

Next month, Marvel Television begins airing the first of five planned shows on Netflix that will take place in the continuity of their ongoing and ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe. Daredevil - starring Boardwalk Empire's Charlie Cox in the titular role - will precede A.K.A. Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist, prior to the heroic quartet coming together for a Defenders series (and, given that's already confirmed, those particular links will not be a part of this list). The show follows Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter to the small screen, as they expand the universe that began with Iron Man in 2008 on a scale never seen before. Marvel are already subtly linking the show to the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as a recently released motion poster for it portrays the man without fear walking in New York with the Avengers Tower in the background, but there are an endless number of ways they can continue to do that as the show progresses. Daredevil and his supporting characters could go on to appear in movies or other shows, characters from movies or other shows could end up appearing in Daredevil, and various other ways of linking the show to the wider MCU could occur over the next few years. This list will take a look at some of them.
